Sebastian Adu-Gyamfi Founder and CEO Seb as he is widely known is a people oriented visionary leader with a rounded extensive experience of management and team leadership. He is a hands on person with passion for people, service, standards and detail. He has a multi-discipline industry experience. Having worked in senior managerial positions for a number of Blue Chip and FMGC companies over the past 11years; he has developed substantial skills, experiences and flair in general management, sales, marketing, coaching, project management, customer service, multinational relations, strategy roles, key performance indicators and budgets, among others.
He is a social entrepreneur, a business manager, proactive networker and an activist on poverty in Africa, human rights and corporate social responsibility.
Seb believes he was born with an unusual disposition of optimism to help improve the quality of lives of the deprived, the disadvantaged and the socially excluded in our world today.
Daisy Adu-Gyamfi Co-founder, Trustee, Director of Projects and Personnel Daisy has a wide range of experience in project co-ordination, planning and project management and is specifically responsible for working on the variety of projects and services for Bloom Trust International. Daisy supplies an accurate, timely service with great attention to detail whilst maintaining a friendly professional relationship with all concerned. She is an integral part of Bloom Trust International and equally has an impressive background and qualification in projects, marketing and Human Resources.
Daisy is a social worker in training with an excellent facilitation skills and strategic planning and forges crucial links between co-ordinators and support team alike. Social work is a profession committed to the pursuit of social justice, to the enhancement of the quality of life, and to the development of the full potential of each individual, group and community in the society. It seeks to simultaneously address and resolve social issues at every level of society and economic status, but especially among the poor and sick. Daisy also has a great passion for women and children.
Gameli Kwadzo Hoedoafia Director of Research and Policy
Gameli has a broad experiences and background in the Public sector as a Policy and Planning Officer, Research Policy Officer, Research and Performance Development Officer and currently as a Research and Information Policy Officer for a local government department. He also holds masters in Social Policy.
He has excellent project management skills an eye for detail. He believes in the intervention of both the state and private entities (human and business) in meeting the needs of society especially the provision of basic education, health, water, shelter, ensuring human rights and the effective engagement of local people in decision making.
Pastor Tony Gathiru King Trustee
Pastor Anthony or Pastor Tony is the visionary founder and leader of New Hope Church International and New Hope International Ministry (NHCI).He is also a Business Executive and an Entrepreneur who possess a lot of valuable leadership acumen with a perky personality. He also has a background of mentoring, counselling, and public speaking.
His vision is to see lives restored and help people unlock and fulfil their God given potential.

He embodies strong artistic sensibilities with a passion for and expertise in contemporary technologies. His impact on Bloom Trust’s project work is therefore always invaluably pragmatic and transformative. An insightful and inventive interaction designer, he constantly ensures the primacy of positive user experience even in the most complex of projects.
JimPatrick has a deep passion for the youth after going through a rough patch in his life as a young man he found hope in Jesus Christ. He has fuelled his passion for the youth through the Christian Union while in college and holding youth meetings, he has also worked as a youth leader at his local church. His experience as a young man has enabled him to challenge and to bring hope the today's youth.
