The conference aims to:
- Inspire and raise the entrepreneurial aspirations of youth in Croydon by showcasing young people who have started their businesses as role models to other youth
- Introduce the concept of self-employment to young people preparing to leave full-time education
- Increase the number of start-ups by young people in Croydon by providing them with practical, hands on advice and support
- Develop the personal, business and management skills of young people in Croydon and
- Overall create awareness of enterprise activity and opportunities available in Croydon thereby contributing to the overall economic development of the area.
